Condizioni di vendita
Terms of sale
Last updated November 2026
These terms govern purchases from Azienda Agricola Nicola Salerno, Via Ruvo 275, 76011 Bisceglie (BT), Puglia, Italy (VAT no. [to be confirmed]), through oliosalerno.com.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are in euro and include Italian VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay.
Delivery
Oil ships from the estate within two working days of your order, by courier. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed during the harvest weeks in October and November.
Tree adoptions
Adopting a tree is a sponsorship of a named tree on the estate for the period chosen. It confers no ownership of land or trees. The oil you receive is pressed from the estate's harvest; where the tree is young or the yield is low, estate oil of the same pressing is supplied. An adoption is paid once and covers three years; it does not renew. It includes three deliveries of 5 litres, shipping included to the countries we ship to: the first within two weeks of purchase, from stock, then one each November after the harvest.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from a purchase of goods within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Tell us by any clear statement, by email to nicola@oliosalerno.com or by post to the address above, using the model withdrawal form or your own words. Sealed products opened after delivery are excepted, for health reasons. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the goods are back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty.
Adoptions may be withdrawn within 14 days of purchase unless the certificate has been issued at your request. See Shipping & returns.
Guarantee
All products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Codice del Consumo, art. 128 ff.).
Law
Italian law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
