Shipping

We ship by courier from the estate in Puglia.

We currently ship only to the countries listed above.

Breakages

Ceramic and glass are packed with care, but if anything arrives broken, send a photo to nicola@oliosalerno.com within 48 hours and we replace it at no cost. This does not affect your 2-year legal guarantee.

Returns

You may withdraw from a purchase of goods within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Tell us by any clear statement, by email to nicola@oliosalerno.com or by post to Azienda Agricola Nicola Salerno, Via Ruvo 275, 76011 Bisceglie (BT), Puglia, Italy, using the model withdrawal form below or your own words. Sealed products opened after delivery are excepted, for health reasons. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until the goods are back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty.

Adoptions

An adoption may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. An adoption is paid once and does not renew.
